Let us first start off with the definition of boudoir from Dictionary.com:
boudoir: "a women's private sitting, dressing room, or bedroom."
Boudoir is meant to be fun, sexy, and elegant. It is for you at your best and feeling sexy, while creating wonderful images to capture your state of being. It is a great way for our brides to give a unique gift to their husbands/fiancés.
How does a boudoir session work?
When we shoot a boudoir session, we reserve a luxury hotel suite and schedule a limited number of women for private photo sessions. During the shoot, we will do several different outfit changes including, but not limited to, fun shirts, ties, lingerie, and even accessories such as jewelry or your wedding day garter! It is up to you, the bride…you are the main focus and we want you to be comfortable. We want you to come away with these images and feel fantastic about yourself. We want you to be able to give these to your special someone and give them a sneak peek at what they are missing out on!
What do other brides think about these sessions?
Well, here is an email we got from a bride a couple weeks back about her boudoir session:
“I had an awesome time yesterday. Such a fun thing to do. I am really glad I decided to do it and that you guys took the pictures. The ones you put up are so awesome!!!!!! There is such a cool variety of angles, lighting, poses, etc. I am really happy with them so far and I can't wait to see more pictures and the album. It is going to be hard not to tell him until the wedding! YIKES!”
Okay, I’m interested…what do I do now?
Our next Boudoir session is going to be on August 12th in Concord, NH at the Centennial Inn. We have four time slots available: 9am, 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. If you are interested in reserving one of these sessions, or if you have any other questions, let us know!
